COMPACT

Compact bitumix with shovel or by just crossing over by car. The treated area is ready for use immediately after implementation.

Bitumix

Bitumix is a ready-to-use cold asphalt mix made from specially formulated bituminous binder and graded aggregates. It is applied at ambient temperature. There is no need for an adhesive primer on the surface or for mixing the material. The application of Bitumix does not require specialised personnel or equipment, and the treated surface is immediately open to traffic. It is safe to use. After application, Bitumix maintains its properties for a long time without causing traffic issues. It does not detach from the roadway or get displaced by vehicle tyres. It is resistant to dilute acids and bases solutions, unaffected by soil salts, but vulnerable to organic solvents and oils. It is a certified material and carries the CE marking according to European standard EN 15322 for bituminous binders and EN 13043 for aggregates.

Applications

Bitumix is the ideal solution for the permanent and instant repair of potholes and damage on urban, rural, and national roads, and highspeed highways, as well as on bridges, parking areas, factory yards, hospitals, and schools. It is also used for creating obstacles on lowspeed roads (speed bumps), levelling parking spaces (ramps), restoring pavements from quality control core sampling (core drilling), and repairing concrete surfaces.

Packaging and storage

Available in plastic containers or bags with a net weight of 25kg. Bitumix can be stored for a long period, at least one year, in areas protected from frost and sunlight, provided the packaging is sealed.
